DJ PAUSE, a San Francisco native with an eclectic musical background and over twenty years of “moving the crowd” experience, is definitely a veteran in the SF nightclub scene. With over thirty featured projects in his discography, one U.S. and three European tours, an SF Wammie award and four Bammie nominations you can easily say he is a well-rounded artist spinning everything from 70’s Funk to Pop Rock. But Hip Hop is where his heart is. Pause is currently in the studio and performing live with Bay Area super group “Bay Boy Bandits” witch consist of members “Equipto” (Bored Stiff) , “Shag Nasty” (ILLIACT Ent.) and the million dollar voice of “Mike Marshall” (5 On It & Rumors). He is also on tour and working with underground Rap legend “Andre Nickatina”. Pause has recently produced a single for Neo Soul artist “Sakai” titled “I Like” (Family Tree Records) that peaked at 3 on the Billboard charts in August 2007. Pause combined with fellow “Red Wine” dj crew members Toph One, Doc Fu & Consuelo have been getting the party started, keeping it moving and sending them home with something to talk about for years.
